Barb City Manor is an independent living retirement home. The on-site ReSale Shop is operated by our volunteer Auxiliary, FRIENDS of Barb City Manor. All proceeds go toward programs for residents or beautification projects. Hours: Sun: 1-3pm; Tues: 9am - 12pm; Thur: 1-4pm
