Complete your registration to sponsor the DeKalb Chamber Leadership Academy Putt fore a Purpose fundraiser! All proceeds support the DeKalb Chamber Leadership Academy.

In addition to sponsorships, we are requesting donated items to be raffled the night of the event. Items donated can consist of gift certificates/gift cards, coupons, or physical items. All businesses/organizations donating items will receive recognition as an in-kind sponsor on social media and on event signage.

Deadline to sponsor or donate is the end of business day, Thursday, April 25 to allow time for signage to be created and donation items to be picked up. Donation items will be picked up between April 29 to May 1.
