My career began in the complex world of medical insurance management, where I spent over 20 years sharpening my skills in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and navigating intricate systems. This experience taught me the value of meticulous analysis and operational efficiency—both critical for building a successful business.

However, my greatest learning experience came from stepping into the role of a small business owner. For over nine years, I owned and operated Elite Cleaning of Washington. This wasn’t just a business—it was my proving ground. I applied everything I knew, faced the day-to-day challenges of managing financials, streamlining operations, and building a strong, reliable team. The result? I successfully sold the business for 22 times my original investment—a real-world success that fuels the practical, results-driven approach I bring to consulting.

My passion for empowering business owners led me to become a Profit Mastery University Facilitator and Mentor. In this role, I guide individuals and teams through a comprehensive financial curriculum, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies that improve profitability and cash flow. Helping people understand their numbers and make confident decisions is one of my greatest joys.

As the Managing Partner of Bulmer Consulting LLC, I bring all of this experience to each client relationship. I understand the challenges you face—because I’ve lived them. I provide “fixer-type” expertise, offering targeted solutions and strategic guidance without the commitment or cost of a full-time hire. I work with business owners across the country and have built a reputation for providing clear advice and delivering real, measurable results. Beyond my professional work, I’m an active member of the DeKalb, Sycamore, and Genoa Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Gather network.
