PEP Action Team is a group of local agencies working together to help combat issues Families are facing in DeKalb County.  PEP Action Team is wanted to focus our efforts on bringing resources to families living in the low-income area of DeKalb. These families face many struggles, and PEP wants to help and support youth and their families be more successful this school year. We have partnered with Mitchell Elementary and have the principal Mcdavid support in brining resources and services to Mitchell Elementary school this Oct 9, 2025.  PEP has partnered with Barb food mart, Greater Family Health, NIU Steam, Salvation Army, 4-Cs, Birth to Five Illinois, Brightpoint, KUW, DeKalb Public Library, PNC Bank and many others has joined us for this community event.  We look forward to having you all attend and engage with local agencies and organizations that offer many great services and resources here in DeKalb.
