The Kishwaukee Country Club is seeking committed bussers to help and support the restaurant's service crew. As a busser, your duties will include removing, cleaning, and arranging tables, keeping restaurant supplies and equipment hygienic and maintained, and responding to inquiries or grievances from members. Salary and tips are included in compensation. The responsibilities for this role include:

• Ensuring that, in between seatings, tables are emptied, wiped down, and rearranged.
• Clearing plates and replenishing drinks as needed.
• Assisting in the processing and washing of used cutlery and plates.
• ensuring that between tables, the silverware, plates, and menus are cleaned and restocked.
• Assisting the bar and kitchen in restocking.
• As needed, rearranging furniture such as tables and chairs to make room for customers.
• After a service, tidy the restaurant and make sure it's ready for the next one.
• Responsible for setting up during opening shifts and breaking down during closing shifts.
• Setting up for clubhouse events and breaking down/cleaning after clubhouse events.
