We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring culinary passion, attention to detail, and a commitment to consistently delivering exceptional dishes to our guests. 

Job Duties

• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food properly
• Proper Labeling of all ingredients
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients daily
• Monitor station inventory levels
• Perform daily cooler checks and record temperatures
• Accommodate guests special requests
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills flattop and fryers….etc.
• Pre-Portion ingredients in down time

Requirements and skills

• Have reliable transportation
• Show up on-time for shift ready to work
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Proven experience as cook
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school would be preferred

Pay: starting at $16.50/Hr.+ B.O.E.
