just east of DeKalb in Cortland, Illinois, is adding a Machine Service & Assembly Technician

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

 Perform troubleshooting tasks and repair work on industrial machines

 Communicate directly with our customers with clarity, courtesy and

professionalism.

 Assist in the wiring, programing and testing of machines in the shop.

 Assist with inside sales work as needed.

 PLC Programming a plus

 Bi-lingual English and Spanish a plus

ABOUT YOU

 Proficiency in mechanical assembly, welding (mig), grinding and portable hand

tools, hydraulics, electrical wiring and troubleshooting

 Ability to interpret CAD drawings

 Excellent verbal communication skills and the willingness to successfully problem

solve with our customers

 Ability to pass forklift certification and willingness to learn and grow in electrical

design and troubleshooting skills

 Willingness to work outdoors and indoors in all environments

 Willingness to travel, with overnight stays (up to 20%)

 Software proficiency on Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and general computer

understanding

 Valid drivers license and vehicle insurability required
