ROLE DESCRIPTION:

At Cassie Green - State Farm, we’re looking for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. As our Insurance Account Representative, you’ll play an important role in helping individuals and families find coverage that fits their needs — while developing strong relationships built on trust and value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reach out to leads, schedule appointments, and match customers with personalized insurance options.

Collaborate with the agent to create and reach growth goals.

Maintain a strong, positive work ethic with a focus on results.

Be an active part of our office culture, supporting both teammates and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior sales experience (retail, telemarketing, inside/outside sales) is a plus.

History of achieving goals and exceeding expectations preferred.

Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain).
