The City of DeKalb is looking to fill a Seasonal Public Works Maintenance position working in the Water Department over the summer!

Duration: end-May to mid-August (flexible on start and end date)

Responsibilities: Mowing and grounds maintenance of City property, painting, hydrant flushing, etc. The Public Works Seasonal Maintenance is a temporary, full-time, non-exempt position that will work 40 hours per week over the summer.

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Requirements: Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age at start of employment!

Starting Rate: $16.00 per hour
