Cultural Outreach and Racial Equity (CORE) Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that leverages collaboration, education, and research to drive positive social change and promote an equitable human experience. We strive to be a catalyst for progress by providing supports, resources and programming to populations in need, alongside delivering training, speaking engagements, organizational development and program support to organizations, educational institutions and community entities. 

We leverage a proactive strategy designed to foster inclusive environments and drive positive social change. This innovative approach combines anthropological insights and ethnographic methodologies structured through I/O psychology frameworks, enhanced by change management techniques with practical strategies to promote equity, diversity, and cultural understanding.
