Fathers of Faith Inc. is a mobile nonprofit organization on a mission to restore dignity, justice, and presence to fathers across the nation. We serve men navigating the devastating challenges of family court, parental alienation, and systemic injustice, walking beside them with advocacy, education, and unwavering faith. Through virtual advocacy, local outreach, and nationwide support, we meet fathers where they are because every father deserves to be seen, heard, and helped.

At the heart of our work is a deep belief that every child deserves the love of their father, and every father deserves the chance to love their child. Our approach blends spiritual guidance, legal awareness, and community outreach to help fathers not only survive but thrive in their calling.

Our History

Born from a father’s fight. Built for every father's future.

Fathers of Faith Inc. was born from the deeply personal and traumatic journey of its founder, Marshall Hendricks, a devoted father who faced the unthinkable. After the birth of his firstborn daughter, he dreamed of raising her with love, presence, and protection. But those dreams were shattered when the family law court system, plagued by bias, bureaucracy, and brokenness, failed him.

Despite being a committed father, he was alienated from his daughter by her mother, resulting in a heartbreaking ten-year separation. Throughout that decade of silence, missed birthdays, and unanswered questions, he never stopped fighting. Not once. He studied the law, cried out to God, and showed up in courtrooms with nothing but faith and fatherly love.

That fight forged a mission.

Today, Fathers of Faith Inc. exists to help other fathers facing similar injustice. Through faith-based education, legal advocacy, and community support, we empower fathers to reclaim their rights, their roles, and their relationships with their children. This is more than an organization. It’s a movement—a stand against silence, a fight against injustice, and a call for restoration.

Fathers of Faith Inc. is launching a bold, faith-driven $2.5 million capital campaign to establish the Fathers Forward Empowerment Center—a first-of-its-kind, national headquarters in DeKalb, IL dedicated to uplifting underserved fathers, restoring families, and advancing God’s Kingdom through tangible, lasting support.

This will be the first faith-led, father-focused diaper bank and emergency relief hub in the state of Illinois and the nation, grounded in justice, grace, and bold advocacy for those who’ve been left out of the system for too long.
