Voluntary Action Center (VAC) provides basic Transportation and Nutrition Services to those in need throughout DeKalb County. Our Transportation Department offers Door to Door rides with our TransVac services. In addition we run the Kishwaukee College Bus Routes. Our Nutrition Department offers home delivered meals to Senior and individuals who are disabled through our Meals on Wheels program and serves lunch at four senior centers within DeKalb County.
